Responsibilities:
1. Operation Support and Coordination
To provide support required for the day-to-day operation of Mobile-Inpatient-Care at Home (MIC@Home) and patient care, including enrolments and discharges, and delivery services
To coordinate and liaise with clinical departments and multi-disciplinary care teams to facilitate patient care delivery
To participate in business continuity and risk management planning
2. Finance & resource management
To assist in procurement and inventory management
To ensure proper and timely checking and submission of vendor’s invoices
To engage patients in financial counselling whenever appropriate
3. Progress tracking and Reporting
To input data and maintain database for reporting as required
To collect programme data and patient information and stored in compliance with PDPA.
To ensure timely and accurate tracking and reporting of key performance indicators of the programme
4. Other administrative duty
Provide secretarial and logistical support for meetings, workshops or events
Undertaking other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience. Experience in healthcare, in program coordination or customer service role would be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with patients from different backgrounds, willing to learn and is self-motivated.
Resourceful, highly independent and also a proactive team player
Professional and empathetic demeanour
Available to be on standby on rotating weekend
