About the role
This is a dual HR and Accounts role in a construction company based in Singapore. You will handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations through MOM, coordinate workers' onboarding and offboarding, arrange medical examinations and insurance policies, and liaise with dormitory operators. You will also perform daily bookkeeping, maintain accounting records, process invoices and payments, and assist in bank reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations (WP, SP, EP, etc.) through MOM
Coordinate workers' onboarding and offboarding arrangements
Arrange and renew workers' medical examinations and insurance policies
Liaise with dormitory operators regarding accommodation arrangements for foreign workers
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations
Assist in payroll preparation and leave administration
Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accounting records
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Process invoices, receipts and payments
Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
About you
Diploma or above in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
Familiar with Singapore MOM work pass procedures
Basic bookkeeping knowledge is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsible, organized and able to work independently
Experience in handling foreign worker matters, dormitory arrangements and insurance is preferred
Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
