About the role

STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Sales Specialist to join our growing team in the Tai Seng North-East Region. This is an exciting full-time, entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals looking to launch or develop their career in recruitment and sales within the agency sector. You will be based at our Tai Seng office, working 5 days per week in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and placing talented candidates with organisations across various industries.

Job Scope:

• Source and search for suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct phone or online interviews with candidates.

• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on recruitment platforms.

• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.

• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

• Entry level or relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is welcome (On job trainings provided).

• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Possess CEI certification is added advantages

What we offer

Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary ranging from $2,800 to $3,500, with an uncapped commission structure

• Monthly gross salary up to $5000 - $9000

• 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• No prior experience required — entry-level candidates are welcome, with full training provided
