Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards

• Deliver excellent guest service while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience

• Maintain bar inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper handling of beverage supplies

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food and beverage safety standards

• Support daily bar operations, mentor junior team members, and contribute to service excellence

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending, mixology, or bar operations within hospitality or food and beverage establishments

• Good knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service practices

• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality

• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and willingness to contribute as part of a team
