About the role
We're hiring a strategic enterprise sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of major banking and financial services accounts across APAC. This is not a transactional, quota-chasing role — we need someone who understands how large global banks operate, can navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and is comfortable driving complex technology and transformation-related deals involving multiple internal teams (delivery, solutions, product, operations). The role suits someone who already has exposure to large banking clients and wants to grow into a senior strategic account leadership position.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of major global and regional banking clients in APAC
Build relationships across client technology, infrastructure, operations, sourcing, and business teams
Identify, shape, and progress new strategic sales opportunities within existing accounts
Support large enterprise deals and commercial/contract discussions
Own pipeline development, forecasting, and account governance
Coordinate with internal solution, delivery, and product teams to support client needs
Maintain a strong, consistent client engagement cadence
Contribute to account planning, growth strategy, and executive business reviews
Proactively manage client escalations and issues
Build a strong understanding of client priorities and transformation roadmaps
About you
7–15 years of enterprise/B2B sales or account management experience, with strong exposure to BFSI clients in APAC
Experience managing large enterprise or strategic accounts (not SME/transactional sales)
Background in technology, infrastructure, or enterprise services sales (e.g. IT services, telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, or related sectors)
Experience handling multi-country or regional client relationships preferred
Existing network of relationships within major banks in the region is a strong plus
Comfortable operating in matrix organizations and longer, complex sales cycles
Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
