Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of internal tools and systems that drive operational efficiency and scalability. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on software engineering understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for internal tools and platforms.

• Identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate closely with vendors on architecture, system design, and implementation decisions.

• Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), technical specifications, and user stories.

• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with long-term goals.

• Make data-driven decisions leveraging analytics and performance insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales teams to gather requirements.

• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning with engineering.

Continuous Improvement

• Optimize internal workflows through automation and system improvements.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve system reliability.

• Ensure tools are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Software Engineering.

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in at least one programming language.

• Experience building or managing internal tools, platforms, or workflow automation systems.

• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
