Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of internal tools and systems that drive operational efficiency and scalability. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on software engineering understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for internal tools and platforms.
Identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
Technical Leadership
Collaborate closely with vendors on architecture, system design, and implementation decisions.
Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), technical specifications, and user stories.
Review technical designs and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
Make data-driven decisions leveraging analytics and performance insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales teams to gather requirements.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning with engineering.
Continuous Improvement
Optimize internal workflows through automation and system improvements.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve system reliability.
Ensure tools are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 to 7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Software Engineering.
Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in at least one programming language.
Experience building or managing internal tools, platforms, or workflow automation systems.
Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
