1. Planning Manager /Up to $7,000 @Alps ave

• Plan charters for capital equipment of all cargo dimensions/shapes/weight.

• Provide aircraft loading plan to respective airlines, revise and amend for approval from airline.

• Plan ULD packaging materials according to loading requirement

• Provide cargo load plan and work with warehouse operations to build up actual cargo

• Provide training to team to be able to perform load plan for odd sized capital equipment

• Provide training to warehouse and execute load plan on actual cargo.

• Ensure cargo planning is at optimum payable load to maximise yield and minimize procured cost.

• Work with customer service to be ready for multiple changes to the load plan due to client changes

• Coordinate with customer service/warehouse team to ensure timely schedule shipment for uplift.

• Ability to solve on actual cargo loading when physical dimensions are different from the packing list

• Compile discrepancies, housekeeping of data to ensure proper feedback and improvement.

2. Air freight Manager (Import) /5.25 days /Up to $7,000 @Alps Ave

• Leading/supporting Customer Service team, ensuring staff manage import processes efficiently.

• Monitor activities ie.shipping documents/coordinate with carriers/customs compliance/billing

• Implementing process improvements, and support initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Track team performance (SLAs & KPIs), provide feedback, and escalate issues to the Manager.

• Handle complex import-related customer inquiries and serve as a point of escalation for service issues.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of import shipments.

• Support develop of import customer service policies and ensure staff compliance with procedures.

• Possess supervisory exp in airfreight, understand import process, document & customs requirement.

3. Construction Logistic Manager / Up to $8,000 @Commonwealth

• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for M&E equipment and materials.

• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and local transportation.

• Develop and manage site logistics plans aligned with construction schedules.

• Control delivery sequencing under space and access constraints

• Coordinate with M&E contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on-site

• Manage off-site warehousing and delivery, heavy lift & oversized cargo.

• Identify and mitigate logistics risks impacting project progress

• Diploma/Degree holder with 5 years in project logistics/contruction site-based coordination.

• Experience working with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects.
