Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations at the assigned site while leading and managing a team of facility staff, technicians, and contractors.
· Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensure comprehensive asset lifecycle management, and maintain accurate asset registers.
· Manage operations budgets, enforce strict cost controls, and handle optimal resource allocation for all FM operations.
· Ensure total site compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and all contractual requirements.
· Liaise directly with clients, corporate stakeholders, and vendors to resolve operational issues or escalations.
· Manage vendor contracts, enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and conduct regular vendor performance reviews.
· Develop and implement progressive energy management and sustainability initiatives, while driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.
· Partner closely with internal project teams on facility upgrades, building renovations, and major capital projects.
· Oversee emergency response planning and execute business continuity procedures across the site.
· Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members.
· Prepare and present regular operational reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics to senior management.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in: Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
· Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent, Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certification are highly preferred.
· Prior experience within a CFME Tier-2 preferred framework is an advantage.
· At least 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations, specifically managing large-scale commercial or institutional properties.
· Proven track record in team leadership and robust stakeholder management.
· Strong, in-depth knowledge of core building systems, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), ACMV, and fire protection systems.
· Hands-on proficiency with specialized FM software and CAFM/CMMS systems.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and executive problem-solving skills.
