Business Partner - People & Culture - #1162655

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented People & Culture Business Partner to support business leaders and employees across assigned portfolios. BP will play a strategic and operational role in driving people initiatives, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring compliance and supporting workforce planning to achieve business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to partner closely with stakeholders, manage employee relations matters and contribute to continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.

Job Description:

• Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic HR advisory and workforce solutions

• Take on leadership position to partner with stakeholders to identify and develop workforce management plans and people development to meet business needs

• Play an active role to provide advisory on all people related agenda

• Engage stakeholders on a strategic level whilst retaining the oversight role on HR operational matters in support to the company’s People Strategy

• Act as a compliance controller to ensure conformity to employment legislation / global standard on people governance requirements

• Stay abreast with trends and metrics to identify and develop solutions on talent attraction and retention

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in HR with hands-on experience, preferably in a fast-paced MNC environment

• Proven track record on providing guidance and inputs on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

• Passion in driving results and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders on country level as well as across functions

• Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity

• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
