Can choose Afternoon / Night Shift (Fixed Shift)

Company transport provided from MRT

Basic up to $4k per month

Jobscope:

- Perform machine validation on semiconductor packaging equipment through calibration , setup & testing

- Identify, diagnose & resolve assembly process to achieve first pass yield & manufacturing cycle

- Support engineer to develop & qualify manufacturing inspection protocols

- Support engineer in development & enhancement processes, inclusive of updating and enhancing work procedures

- Ensure timely input of manufacturing test data

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Material Science etc)

- 2 to 3 years relevant experience

- Experience in semiconductor field would be advantageous
