The Logistics Assistant plays a crucial role in planning and coordinating the delivery of medical supplies, ensuring timely replenishment across all Minmed locations. This position requires collaboration with multiple teams to maintain accurate stock records and resolve any delivery issues while supporting corporate health screening projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate delivery schedules of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment to all Minmed locations.
Work closely with various teams to ensure stock sufficiency and timely replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery orders, and inventory levels.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to track and resolve delivery issues.
Support logistics arrangements for corporate and outreach health screening projects.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
Assist in process improvement to enhance logistics efficiency and cost management.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
Good driving records
