Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and commercial teams to provide financial insights that support revenue growth, cost optimisation, and profitability.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Perform financial analysis, KPI tracking, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Manage GST, corporate tax matters, audits, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury management.

• Lead and develop the finance team while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements :

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, with a recognized professional qualification (e.g., CA/ACCA).

• Min.6-8 years of relevant experience in retail / F&B industry
