Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
Onboarding & Contracts: Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding procedures for new hires.
Visa & Immigration: Handle work permit and visa applications/renewals for foreign employees.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and prepare various HR-related documents and reports.
General Support: Assist in other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Job Requirements:
Diploma /Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Preferably with working experience in building / construction industry.
Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and is a great team player.
Willingness to take up new challenges, able to work well under stress and love challenges.
Must be able to multi-task and have data organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
Work Location: Changi Airport area
