About the role

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic F&B family. We have exciting opportunities for skilled chefs, kitchen crew members, and aspiring outlet managers.

Key responsibilities

• Grill and prepare bento meals in a high-heat environment

• Cook and assemble dishes following standard recipes (SOP)

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Lead and supervise day-to-day outlet operations

• Manage roster planning, inventory control, and stock ordering

• Address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively

• Uphold operational standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices

• Support the team in kitchen duties when required

About you

• Passion for food and great service

• F&B experience preferred but not mandatory

• A positive team player with strong communication skills

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment
