Supplier Quality Engineer [Up to $5K | Electronics MNC] RRKC - #1162707

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming parts and materials meet quality requirements before production use.

• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues to maintain a steady supply of quality parts.

• Monitor supplier performance and analyze quality data to identify and reduce risks.

• Work with suppliers on corrective actions and continuous quality improvements.

• Conduct supplier audits, evaluations, and qualifications.

• Review supplier processes and quality systems to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Train and support technicians on incoming inspection and quality control activities.

• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.

• Lead and guide a small team of technicians in daily operations.

• Maintain and update quality documents and ISO-related procedures.

• Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, and improvement projects.

• Prepare quality reports and supplier performance reports when required.

Role Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical, Quality Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of quality tools, supplier audits, and problem-solving techniques.

• Experience in plastic injection molding and/or metal stamping is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SolidWorks, JMP, or Minitab is a plus.

• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
