Salary Package: $3000 - $4000

Working Day: Mon-Fri (Office hours)

Responsibility:

• Provide technical support to customers via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems.

• Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating and coordinating with vendors when necessary.

• Conduct product training, system demonstrations, and user guidance for clients.

• Support internal product testing, repair activities, and technical training initiatives.

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation of support activities.

• Ensure timely response and resolution of customer technical inquiries and service requests.

Requirement:

• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant technical support or engineering experience.

• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
