Marketing & Creative Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to support our marketing, content creation and brand presence across digital and offline channels.

This role combines social media management, content creation, graphic design and marketing coordination. You will be involved in creating marketing materials, managing social media platforms, preparing proposals and supporting visual content development for marketing and project presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and content calendar

• Create engaging content including graphics, photos, videos and marketing copy

• Design posters, brochures, presentation slides, company profiles and other marketing materials

• Capture and edit photos and videos of projects, products and company activities

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and presentation materials

• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to support marketing and project activities

• Attend site visits when required to gather content and project information

• Support Photoshop editing, image retouching and artist impression mock-ups when required

• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company's branding and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Design or related field

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience in social media content creation and management

• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Preferred Skills

• Photography and videography experience

• Experience preparing proposals, presentation decks or company profiles

• Experience creating visual mock-ups, artist impressions or Photoshop compositing for presentations and proposals

• Ability to sketch concepts and communicate visual ideas is an advantage

• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is welcome, but candidates should possess strong visual design fundamentals and the ability to refine and develop concepts independently
