Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of projects through meticulous claim management and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations with precision and technical accuracy.

• Coordinate with site teams to gather necessary evidence, including photographic documentation and site logs, to substantiate Extension of Time (EOT) and Loss & Expense claims.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project-based Quantity Surveyors, ensuring adherence to measurement standards and claim procedures.

• Assist in monitoring project budgets, identifying cost variances promptly, and delivering feedback to project teams to maintain financial control.

• Support the creation of commercial reports and financial updates for presentation to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of common contract forms used in Singapore, such as PSSCOC and SIA.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, along with excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with ERP/Project Management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
