Assembly Technician (Machine/technical drawing) - #1161346

Our client is a semiconductor equipment company that designs and builds automation machines used in semiconductor manufacturing and IC (integrated circuit) assembly. Currently, they are looking for few Technicians to join the teams.

Job Details:

• Salary Range: $2500-$3200 (depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (normal working hour)

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (Central area)

Job Description

• Support machine module integration, configuration and technical set-up activities for customized semiconductor equipment

• Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, tuning and technical evaluation during integration and qualification processes

• Conduct in-house qualification, verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with engineering and customer requirements

• Prepare and maintain machine set-up instructions, technical checklists and engineering documentation

• Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams on BOM updates, drawing revisions and technical modifications

• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for technical and process-related issues

• Monitor and coordinate subcontractor technical activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards

• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives related to machine integration and qualification activities

• Assist in engineering change implementation and ensure proper documentation updates after modifications

• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, subcontractors and internal stakeholders when required

• Participate in project discussions, technical reviews and continuous improvement activities assigned by management

• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and operational procedures during project execution
