Customer Service Officers / Executives (MNC / Airport):

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints through email, online platforms, and customer feedback channels.

• Provide prompt, professional, and effective solutions to customer concerns.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their overall experience.

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

• Monitor and support the customer journey across various touchpoints, including on-site, online, social media, and delivery-related interactions.

• Handle service recovery cases and ensure a positive outcome for customers.

• Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Build strong customer relationships through personalised and attentive service.

• Support ongoing customer experience initiatives and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer experience, retail, hospitality, or a similar role.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to handle challenging situations professionally.
