Shift Schedule & Overtime (OT)

Operational Framework: 5.5-day work week (alternating Saturdays off). Operates on a rotating 3-shift cycle with structured overtime opportunities up to 72-hour monthly cap:

• 1st Shift (Day): 6:50 AM – 3:30 PM (OT blocks extend to 7:00 PM)

• 2nd Shift (Afternoon): 2:30 PM – 11:10 PM (OT blocks start from 10:30 AM)

• 3rd Shift (Night): 10:20 PM – 7:00 AM (OT blocks start from 6:30 PM)

• OT Flexibility: Candidates must be highly adaptable to shifting production schedules and willing to support ad-hoc overtime extensions on short notice to meet urgent manufacturing runs

Compensation & Cash Incentives

• Shift Allowances: 2nd Shift: S$7.50/day | 3rd Shift: S$12.00/day

• Extended Shift Bonus: Additional S$3.00/day for completing full 12-hour production blocks

• Weekend OT Rate: Saturday off-day OT is compensated at a 1.5× rate

• Allowances: S$30.00/month Perfect Attendance Allowance | S$150.00/month housing support (subject to eligibility criteria)

• Base Salary: S$1,800.00 – S$3,000.00 / month (Commensurate with experience)

• Gross Salary may up to $3500

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Production Operations: Execute high-speed progressive die stamping runs for electronic connectors. Monitor line performance metrics including OEE, TEEP, and PPM defect rates.

• Quality & Metrology: Perform part inspections against checklists using a Profile Projector. Log data transactions directly into SPC and MFG Pro systems.

• Tooling Support: Load and unload raw metal coils onto decoiler machinery according to Stamping Process Sheets. Assist with tool changeovers and make simple mechanical press adjustments.

• Maintenance & Housekeeping: Check and top up machinery cutting oil levels, manage slug drum handling, and enforce strict 5S workplace standards.

Requirements

• Education: Nitec, O Level, or a Minimum NTC 3 in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates lacking formal certificates but possessing equivalent, directly relevant technical stamping experience are highly welcome to apply.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on technical experience in the stamping industry. Direct exposure to high-speed stamping operations and electronic connector technology is advantageous.

• Technical Skills: Competency in performing optical inspections using profile projectors and tracking production data.

• Operational Demands: Position requires the routine manual moving, lifting, and loading of industrial metal coils and production inventory.
