Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the month-end close process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and on time.

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring proper coding to the general ledger.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.

• Process staff expense claims and petty cash reimbursements.

• Liaise with vendors and customers on billing matters, payment follow-ups, and dispute resolution.

• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and supporting records for audit purposes.

• Support GST filing and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations.

• Assist in internal and external audit preparations.

• Perform any other ad-hoc finance or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP).

• Good understanding of GST regulations and basic Singapore accounting standards.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
