• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.

• Recommend clothing, shoes, etc. that match customer needs.

• Accurately describe product features and benefits

• Manage point-of-sale processes.

• Manage stock levels in store.

• Assist in some basic admin duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years retail experience.

• Good communication skills and able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends).

• Simple hand sewing skills is a plus point
