Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to placement

• Identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates through various sourcing channels

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and profile assessments

• Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate offer management

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates

Client Relationship Management

• Work closely with clients to understand their manpower needs and business objectives

• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions and talent recommendations

• Build long-term partnerships with clients and provide exceptional service

• Support clients throughout the hiring process to ensure successful placements

Market Research & Talent Advisory

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market movements

• Provide candidates with career advice and job market insights

• Advise clients on talent availability, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to team growth

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
