About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Service Associate (Inpatient Operations) to support daily inpatient administrative and service functions in a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth discharge process and providing financial guidance to patients and their families.

Working Details

• Working Days: 5 days work week

• Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or

  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or

  • Staggered Office Hour

• Location: West Singapore

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: $1,600 – $2,600

• AWS (13th Month Bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of payments for discharged inpatients

• Conduct financial counselling related to inpatient stays and hospital charges

• Perform inpatient discharge procedures accurately and efficiently

• Arrange and confirm follow-up appointments for discharged inpatients

• Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience

• Prior healthcare or hospital experience will be an advantage
