About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Event Assistant to support experiential marketing campaigns, roadshows, pop-up stores, and event activations across Singapore.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, interacting with customers, and bringing engaging brand experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
Support the setup, operation, and teardown of photo booth events.
Coordinate and execute pop-up events, roadshows, retail activations, and temporary stores.
Facilitate DIY customisation activities and customer engagement workshops.
Assist with in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Liaise with venues, clients, suppliers, and event crew to ensure smooth execution.
Manage event logistics, inventory, transportation, and equipment preparation.
Troubleshoot operational issues during events and provide on-site support.
Ensure event spaces are well-maintained, safe, and professionally presented.
Prepare post-event reports, inventory counts, and feedback summaries.
Requirements
Prior experience in events, roadshows, retail operations, or activations will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and flexible schedules when required.
Physically fit and able to handle event setup activities.
Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
