About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Event Assistant to support experiential marketing campaigns, roadshows, pop-up stores, and event activations across Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, interacting with customers, and bringing engaging brand experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, operation, and teardown of photo booth events.

• Coordinate and execute pop-up events, roadshows, retail activations, and temporary stores.

• Facilitate DIY customisation activities and customer engagement workshops.

• Assist with in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Liaise with venues, clients, suppliers, and event crew to ensure smooth execution.

• Manage event logistics, inventory, transportation, and equipment preparation.

• Troubleshoot operational issues during events and provide on-site support.

• Ensure event spaces are well-maintained, safe, and professionally presented.

• Prepare post-event reports, inventory counts, and feedback summaries.

Requirements

• Prior experience in events, roadshows, retail operations, or activations will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and flexible schedules when required.

• Physically fit and able to handle event setup activities.

• Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
