About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Admission and Student Services Executive to join our team at the American Center for Education in Tampines West East Region. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional student support and ensuring a smooth admissions process for prospective students.

What you'll be doing

• Handling all aspects of the student admissions process, including application review, enrolment, and registration

• Providing high-quality customer service to students and applicants, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining accurate student records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies

• Assisting with the organisation of student orientation and other on-campus events

• Providing administrative support to the student services department as needed

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail

• Proficient in using student information systems and office productivity software

• Familiarity with the education industry and student services best practices

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a related field such as student affairs, education, or business administration

• Prior experience in a student services or admissions role is highly preferred
