Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance to clients on:

  • Mortgage refinancing solutions

  • Loan repricing and restructuring strategies

  • Equity release and term loan facilities

• Support clients throughout the mortgage application process, including documentation and submission requirements

• Coordinate with financial institutions, legal firms, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and excellent service

• Keep abreast of changes in Singapore’s mortgage market, interest rate movements, and lending regulations

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Prior experience in banking, finance, insurance, real estate, or sales will be an advantage
