Our client is seeking an Admin Executive (Sales & Accounts Support) to join their team!

Joining our client as an Admin Executive offers a unique opportunity to be part of a company with over three decades of history, providing essential supplies to key government entities. This role provides broad exposure to various administrative, sales support, logistics, and accounts coordination tasks. Located conveniently near Serangoon MRT, this position allows for a hands-on role with close management interaction.

What you'll be doing?

  • Support Operations: Assist the General Manager with daily administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Sales and Accounts: Handle office administration related to sales and accounts, coordinating with stakeholders effectively.

  • Customer Coordination: Manage interactions with customers and suppliers on tenders, quotations, and orders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with freight forwarders to manage logistics and shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

  • Accounts Liaison: Liaise with the company accountant on accounts-related matters, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Documentation: Ensure all tasks are followed up timely and documented accurately, maintaining high standards of administrative excellence.
