Administrative Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Administrative Executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative and office operations
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
• Assist with data entry and report preparation
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal team members
• Support basic accounting and payment follow-ups when required
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Prior administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
