• Position : Nurse Manager

• Location : Novena

• Working hours : 5.5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm | Sat: 9am - 1pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,500 Basic + 22 Days Leave (Annual Leave & Family Leave) + AWS + Variable Bonus (1-2months) + Group Insurance

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Private Healthcare Clinic

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care

• Lead, manage, and develop nursing staff

• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety

• Collaborate with doctors and teams to enhance patient experience

• Drive service excellence and quality improvement

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent (Oncology preferred)

• Atleast 3 years’ clinical experience in a private outpatient clinic setting.

• Prior supervisory experience will be preferred
