• Manage and enhance Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, incentive schemes, insurance, and policy reviews.

• Oversee payroll, claims, HRIS systems, personnel data management, and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Lead performance management processes, salary proposals, promotions, transfers, and employee lifecycle-related C&B activities.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR Shared Services, vendors, brokers, unions, and consultants to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Drive HR audits, surveys, tax matters, insurance renewals, collective agreement negotiations, and HR projects assigned by the HR Director.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or a related HR function.

2. Degree in Business, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

3. Strong analytical, organizational, data management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and capable of interpreting data for management decision-making.

5. Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, HR practices, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, ProSoft); able to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively with stakeholders.
