Manage and enhance Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, incentive schemes, insurance, and policy reviews.
Oversee payroll, claims, HRIS systems, personnel data management, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Lead performance management processes, salary proposals, promotions, transfers, and employee lifecycle-related C&B activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR Shared Services, vendors, brokers, unions, and consultants to ensure smooth HR operations.
Drive HR audits, surveys, tax matters, insurance renewals, collective agreement negotiations, and HR projects assigned by the HR Director.
Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or a related HR function.
Degree in Business, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, data management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and capable of interpreting data for management decision-making.
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, HR practices, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, ProSoft); able to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively with stakeholders.
