Responsibilities
Prepare and process delivery orders and invoices accurately and promptly
Coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics personnel to ensure timely fulfilment
Handle credit note processing and stock transfer transactions
Process documentation for returned goods and ensure records are complete
Submit e-invoices according to customers’ requirements
Attend to customers’ enquiries and service requests in a professional manner
Ensure all outstanding documents are updated, properly filed, and maintained in compliance with ISO documentation requirements
Qualifications
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
At least 1 year of relevant experience in backend customer service or sales support
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage

Work location: 2 Pandan Road, Singapore 609254
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
One-way transport pickup provided from Clementi MRT
