Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Job Information:

• Salary: Up to $2,400 basic

• Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days Annual Leave

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 after 6 months of employment

• Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, Office Hours

• Location: Bedok South / Changi North (Air-conditioned warehouse)

• Company: MNC (Freight Forwarding Company)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving, and storage

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport providers for Finished Goods (FG) collection and delivery arrangements

• Liaise with customers to process and manage PGI (Post Goods Issue) and GR (Goods Receipt) documentation in the system

• Work closely with SOA and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system errors or operational issues when required

• Conduct cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy

• Verify quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing items

• Report and escalate discrepancies related to incoming goods to customers and feeder factories in a timely manner

• Process transactions in WMS and SAP systems

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations

• Familiar with freight booking processes and logistics coordination

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or WMS is required

• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to handle system-related issues with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
