About the Role
Kaizen Marketing is looking for a confident, driven, and client-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, qualifying leads, building trust, and converting enquiries into business opportunities.
This is a sales-focused role with a strong emphasis on lead follow-up, client communication, and relationship management. Candidates with prior experience in digital marketing sales or related client acquisition roles will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
•Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels
•Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their goals
•Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
•Present service offerings clearly and confidently to support conversions
•Prepare quotations, follow-up messages, and basic sales proposals where required
•Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities
•Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth client journey
•Meet individual and team sales targets
•Contribute ideas to improve lead conversion and customer engagement
Requirements
•Prior experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or customer-facing roles is preferred
•Candidates with digital marketing sales experience will be highly preferred
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
•Comfortable speaking with prospects, handling objections, and closing deals
•Proactive, organised, and results-driven
•Able to work independently while also collaborating well with a team
•Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects
•Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or sales tracking tools is an advantage
•Open to candidates who are motivated and commercially minded, even if they come from adjacent industries
Work Eligibility
This role is open to candidates who already have the legal right to work in Singapore. Please note that work pass sponsorship is not available for this position.
