Analyst, Digital Transformation - #1161626

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of ViewQwest HQ and regional offices to assess business requirements and identify problems and opportunities across departments and various project levels

2. Integrate IT solutions and provide operational expertise to implement standard policies, procedures, and processes for best work practices

3. Support business leaders on change management

4. Develop analysis and monitoring tools for continuous improvements on overall business planning

5. Document and update work flows and standard operational procedures

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

2. Experience with Visio, CI, LEAN, Six-Sigma or Project Management will be an added advantage

3. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

5. Analytical and process-oriented

6. Effective in planning, organizing, and prioritising critical deadlines

7. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment

8. Ability to travel as required
