Commercial Operations Analyst (Pricing & Quote Preparation) - #1161589

Our client is a global automotive components trading company. Due to their current expansion plans, they are looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst (Pricing & Quote Preparation) to join their team and support their high-performing regional operations. The company is located in the Central West area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and support preparation of pricing estimates and quotations

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information required for quotation preparation

• Assist in reviewing pricing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to support coordination and operational alignment

• Assist in analysing customer demand, sales forecasts, and supply-related data for planning purposes

• Support budgeting activities, data analysis, and reporting for business planning purposes

• Prepare and support monthly reports and management reporting requirements

• Assist in shipment coordination and related operational arrangements when required

• Support documentation, data management, and administrative tasks related to commercial and planning activities

• Perform ad-hoc coordination tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business related studies or equivalent.

• Min 4 years’ relevant working experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, customer service, or trading operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in quotation preparation or commercial support roles will be a plus but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with working with customers, suppliers, or logistics partners will be advantageous.

• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple coordination activities simultaneously.
