Salary Package: Up to $6000 + AWS + Bonus

Working days and working hours: Weekdays and 8am to 5.30pm

Work Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:

• Lead depot repair operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and fast turnaround.

• Drive standardised processes, KPI performance, and quality compliance (ISO 9001, IPC).

• Manage workforce planning, training, inventory, and repair logistics.

• Develop partnerships with OEMs and vendors to expand repair capabilities.

• Support multi-brand, multi-technology repair services across diverse products.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in depot repair, service centre, or after-sales operations, including 2+ years in a management role.

• Proven ability to build and manage partner ecosystems and vendor networks.

• Strong technical knowledge of repair processes across IT, telecom, electronics, or industrial products.

• Familiar with quality systems (ISO 9001, IPC) and continuous improvement practices.
