Responsibilities
Administer monthly payroll and related activities such as Tax Clearance, income tax submission, and CPF submission to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
Execute HR generalist duties covering payroll, recruitment, leave administration, and training to maintain smooth HR operations
Monitor HR practices and ensure compliance with MOM regulations to uphold legal and regulatory standards
Manage work-pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, including SPass, to maintain workforce legality
Coordinate foreign worker matters including accommodation arrangements and related HR issues to support employee welfare
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation for audit readiness and operational efficiency
Process staff and worker training applications and file for training grants to enhance workforce skills development
Submit legislated leave claims (Child Care, Maternity, IR21, NS Claims) promptly to comply with statutory requirements
Assist in processing medical and insurance claims to support employee benefits administration
Liaise and communicate with relevant authorities and government departments such as MOM, NEA, and BCA on HR and company matters to ensure regulatory alignment
Apply strong knowledge of foreign employee recruitment procedures and Singapore employment regulations to facilitate compliant hiring practices
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years of HR working experience;
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Excess, Outlook IT knowledge;
Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.
