Responsibilities

• Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media and networking

• Screen and interview candidates

• Match suitable candidates to clients' hiring requirements

• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process

• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Negotiate salary packages and facilitate successful placements

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement

Requirements

• No experience required, training provided

• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve higher income

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

• CEI certification will be an added advantage
