• 5 days, 9am-6pm

Job Scope:

• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all work follows ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards, EHS safety policies, and company drawing guidelines.

• Product Development: Partner with the lead engineer to create finished part and component drawings that strictly match design rules.

• Deviation Tracking: Verify all parts meet design requirements and immediately report any abnormalities or deviations to the engineer-in-charge.

• Fixture & Tool Design: Collaborate with engineers to design fixtures and tools that fully comply with company development rules.

• Design Optimization: Conduct assembly model analyses and optimize fixture designs to find the best technical solutions.

• System & Data Maintenance: Manage and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP, handle drawing creations or change requests, and maintain files in Creo/Windchill.

• Documentation & Extra Duties: Prepare RoHS compliance documents for prototype parts, and serve as an internal auditor and EHS committee member.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in designing parts, jigs/fixtures, and components will have an advantage

• Entry Level are welcome to apply

• Knowledge of CAD PTC Creo, SAP, 3D printing, and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage
