Our client is an established conglomerate with multiple business lines in Supply Chain industry, they are looking for a HR Executive to support HRBP for their Group & Commercial function.
You should ideally come from similar industries in Supply Chain etc. Contract / Logistics, Freight, Transportation, Shipping or relevant industries etc. Engineering, Manufacturing.
You will be reporting to the HRBP, being in charge of HR Operations for 100+ headcounts.
Provides support on full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, learning & development, off-boarding and etc.
You will be exposed to business partnering / HR Projects supporting the HRBP.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition approval, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and recruitment strategies.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience. Employee Relations
Advise managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, grievances, performance concerns, and workplace investigations.
Conduct counselling sessions and facilitate conflict resolution where required.
Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and practices.
Support annual performance management processes and calibration exercises.
Facilitate talent review discussions and succession planning activities.
Partner with managers to identify development opportunities and training needs.
Support annual salary review, bonus exercises, promotion reviews, and market benchmarking activities.
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
Ensure employee data and HR documentation are maintained accurately and in compliance with company requirements.
Support contract preparation, employee lifecycle transactions, and organisational changes.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal governance requirements.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations as required.
Participate in regional, country, and global HR projects.
Drive process improvements and HR transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business & Human Resource Management or equivalent
2-3 years of HR Generalist / Operations experiences
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
A team player and ability to work independently
Positive individual with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
