Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee relations matters, including responding to staff enquiries and providing guidance on workplace conflict resolution

  • Conduct performance appraisal exercises for employees across the organisation

  • Provide HR advisory support to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, while staying updated on relevant changes

  • Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, entitlements, and related documentation

  • Oversee expense claims processing and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping

  • Review and support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

  • Monitor daily attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy

  • Compile attendance and payroll information for submission, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely payroll processing

  • Prepare HR-related communications, including memos on policy updates and procedural changes

  • Issue HR documents such as warning letters, confirmation letters, and termination letters

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and job offers

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to blue-collar workforce

  • Experience in payroll processing is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of MOM regulations and HR best practices

  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking employees is a MUST
