Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 - $3,300

• Gross Salary: Up to $4,000

• Guaranteed Monthly Bonus

• Performance Bonus of up to 5 months

• 15 Days Annual Leave

• Company Transport Provided

Working Hours
Rotating Shift (2-2-2 Pattern)

• 2 Days Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:15 PM

• 2 Days Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:45 AM

• 2 Days Rest

• Repeat Cycle

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of aircraft engines and engine components.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical manuals and maintenance procedures.

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with aviation safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.

• Comfortable working on rotating shifts.
