Job Description & Requirements
Issue, coordinate & manage tax invoices, delivery orders, quotations, purchase orders, credit notes and payment/project claims
Take off quantities and prepare bill of quantities and other tender documents.
Preparation of cost comparison for Managers’ review
Evaluate and certify Sub-Contractors' Claim & Variation Orders and close the Final Accounts.
Manage and update filing records and systems
Liaise, assist and attend to clients', contractors', sites' requirements and orders
Measurement and calculation of drawings
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Have knowledge in drafting using AutoCAD.
Pleasant, can work independent and responsible.
Able to start work immediately.
5.5 working days per week
Min. 3 years of experience
