Responsibilities:
Lead production planning, scheduling, and execution activities to support work transfer, First Article Inspection (FAI), and production ramp-up programs.
Review, release, and manage production orders, shop papers, job instructions, and engineering documentation to support manufacturing operations.
Coordinate with Operations, Materials, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure material, capacity, tooling, and resource readiness.
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments while balancing capacity and inventory requirements.
Generate material forecasts and planned orders to support MRP planning and inventory optimization.
Drive capacity planning, hours planning, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Latest Estimate (LE), and Long-Range Planning (LRP) activities.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), work transfer, and site transition programs through effective planning and execution management.
Maintain SAP planning master data and ensure planning parameter accuracy, including lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, yield, and scrap factors.
Support deployment and continuous improvement of SAP, APS, MES, and digital manufacturing systems.
Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and capacity trends to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Serve as the planning focal point for cross-functional stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery performance, inventory health, and planning effectiveness.

SAP Production Planning (PP), MRP, APS, MES, and other Industry 4.0 digital manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Qualifications We Prefer
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
