Job Description
Handle the relevant tasks at different stages of the full employee life cycle
Undertake monthly payroll processing
Organise employee engagement activities and events
Assist in administration of performance appraisal processes
Coordinate registration of training courses and update staff training records
Administer employee benefit programmes and processing of claims
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Support in HR projects and implementation of new initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or related field / at least 3 years of relevant working experience for candidates with diploma qualification
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements
