Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and onboarding documents.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Support payroll preparation and HR administrative processes.
Manage employee related data including employee work schedules.
Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Required Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
