Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and onboarding documents.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.

  • Support payroll preparation and HR administrative processes.

  • Manage employee related data including employee work schedules.

  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.


Required Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.

  • Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
