About the role
As a Logistics Checker Admin Specialist, at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.
What you'll be doing
Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day-to-day issues.
Order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.
Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports when required.
Perform cycle count administration.
Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
Report to the Executive on all receiving non-conformances.
Perform outbound transactions in required system SAP.
Performing receiving in WMS system.
Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
Preferably 1 year of related experience (Fresh grads/no exp welcome).
Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA).
Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
WMS knowledge preferred.
Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers
