Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Salary:
Up to $5,500/month

Job Scope:

• Represent the New Business and Policy Services team in project meetings

• Review new insurance product features and assess operational requirements

• Support process enhancements to ensure smooth implementation of new products

• Work closely with project teams to define and improve system functionalities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for operational processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and finalise business workflows

• Prepare UAT test plans, test scenarios, and conduct testing activities

• Review UAT results and support defect resolution prior to product launch

• Conduct training sessions for operational teams on new products and processes

• Monitor post-implementation performance and support issue resolution

• Maintain SOPs, user guides, and operational documentation

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree qualification

Experience in Life Insurance operations, policy servicing, new business administration, or related insurance functions

Knowledge of Life, ILP, and Term Insurance products preferred

Experience in UAT testing, product implementation, system enhancements, or digital submission processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
